W.E.B Production Report – September 2025

10/2025 - Back to overview

Changeable Late Summer – Monthly Production Below Target

Total monthly production amounted to 110,655 MWh, which was below the planned target.

This September was marked by highly variable weather conditions. Compared to the long-term average, it was generally warmer and wetter, though with significant regional differences. Persistent high-pressure systems prevented target production from being reached in Austria, Italy, Canada, and the USA. In contrast, more dynamic air mass movements in Germany, France, and the Czech Republic led to production levels exceeding targets in those countries.

In the PV sector, Austria, the Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, and the USA all surpassed their production targets. Germany, however, experienced somewhat cloudier weather, resulting in production slightly below target.
