W.E.B Production Report – August 2025

Sunny and warm with light winds – monthly production below target

The total monthly production was 95,933 MWh, which was below the planned target.

This August was characterized by stable high-pressure conditions, with predominantly sunny and dry weather. These weather conditions led to an above-average number of summer,- and hot days. As a result, target production was not achieved in Austria, France, Czechia, Italy, and the USA. Only in Germany were there slightly more dynamic air masses, where target production was exceeded.

Due to the largely above-average number of hours of sunshine, planned production in the PV sector was exceeded in Austria, Czechia, and the USA. The weather was slightly cloudier in Germany, Italy, and Slovakia, where the target was missed.

Wind energy:

• Total production: -10,3%
• Best-performing wind park in relative terms: Martock Ridge +26,5%
• Best performing wind turbine (absolute): Albert 1,069 MWh

Solar energy:

• Total production: +18,0%
• Best performing solar plant (relative): Rohr +48,3%
