W.E.B Production Report – October 2025

Cool and windy – monthly production above plan

The total monthly production reached 179,417 MWh, exceeding the planned target.

Last October was cool and overcast, with large temperature fluctuations. As a result of the autumn storms, production targets were exceeded in Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, France, and Italy. In contrast, high-pressure systems dominated the weather along the East Coast of the U.S. and Canada, leading to no target exceedances there.

Due to the frequent cloud cover, the solar segment in Germany, the Czech Republic, and Italy fell short of plan. Conditions were somewhat sunnier in Austria, Slovakia, and the U.S., allowing production targets to be surpassed.

• Best-performing wind park in relative terms: Michelbach +123.9%
• Best-performing wind turbine (absolute): Dürnkrut III – 1,779 MWh

Solar energy:

• Total production: +7.2%
• Best-performing solar plant (relative): Pulkau II +36.9%
