Share Buyback: Date for Announcement of the Purchase Price

At the Annual General Meeting of W.E.B on May 29, 2026, the Management Board was authorized to repurchase the company’s own shares for use in an employee participation program. On this basis, W.E.B is now planning a share buyback program. 

If you own shares in W.E.B and wish to sell them, you may sell your shares to W.E.B as part of this share buyback program. Participation is, of course, entirely voluntary. 

The price at which W.E.B will repurchase shares will be announced on August 27, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. here in the Traderoom and on the W.E.B website (www.web.energy) as a news release. 

The share buyback will be conducted via the Traderoom (www.traderoom.at) and will commence on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.
