Capital increase of W.E.B closed ahead of time

grace period for transmission of subscription forms and money transfers :
Offer period ended on October 15, 2021 at 1:30 p.m.

On the second day of the offer period, the Board of Directors of WEB Windenergie AG decided to prematurely close the capital increase due to great demand on October 15, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. Anyone who had already prepared subscription forms on the platform aktie21.web.energy before the closing of the offer period will still be able to send the subscription forms and corresponding money transfers to W.E.B until November 5, 2021. W.E.B can only accept subscriptions received in full – subscription form and payment – before the deadline with regard to the allotment of shares.

As a community participation company, W.E.B is particularly conscious of its obligation to ensure responsible and transparent corporate governance. Since mid-2006, WEB Windenergie AG has been committed to compliance with the Austrian Code of Corporate Governance (ÖCGK). This code has been applied with certain provisos and clarifications, which are published each year in the company’s annual report.
