Dr. Reinhard Schanda is Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The attorney and farmer has served on the Supervisory Board since 2009, and his current term runs through 2029.
Mathias Dangl
Mathias Dangl is Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board and a member of the Audit Committee. He works in the Energy & Sustainability department at Bundesimmobiliengesellschaft m.b.H. He has served as a member of the Supervisory Board since his appointment by FutureDriving Dangl GmbH (formerly Windkraftanlagen Errichtungs- und Betriebsgesellschaft mbH), effective October 1, 2022, and will remain in this position until further notice.
Birgit Brinda-Schumann
Birgit Brinda-Schumann, MSc, MSc, is the founder and Managing Director of Strategic Infrastructure Partners (SIP) in Paris and London. She has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2026, with a term running through 2031. The finance expert also serves on the Audit Committee.
Frank Dumeier
Dr. Frank Dumeier has been a member of the Supervisory Board since the 2025 Annual General Meeting. His current term will expire in 2030. He was a member of the Executive Board of WEB Windenergie AG for many years and is currently active as a Managing Partner at QR Invest Consult GmbH, as well as in additional roles as an advisory board member and authorized signatory.
Brigitte Ederer
Brigitte Ederer is the spokesperson for Forum Versorgungssicherheit, an association representing Austria’s energy and water supply sectors, and serves on several supervisory boards. She has been a member of W.E.B’s Supervisory Board since 2018, and her current term runs through 2028.
Gabriele Lehner
Gabriele Lehner was first elected to the Supervisory Board in 2026. The certified public accountant and tax advisor serves as Chair and financial expert of the Audit Committee. Her term runs through 2031.
